Bintan Voyage is a travel division of PT. Baroka Tour & Travel. We provide all-inclusive Bintan resort packages from Singapore, including optional ferry guidance, coordinated land transfers in Bintan, and curated island excursions.

Most packages are private tours (your own vehicle and schedule). Group tours may be available for selected dates or corporate arrangements—ask our team for options.

  2. Send us your travel date, group size, and (if available) ferry timing.

  3. We confirm itinerary, inclusions, and the final price.

  4. You secure the booking with a deposit.

  5. We send a confirmation message/email with pickup details and travel instructions.

After payment is verified, confirmation is usually sent within 24 hours. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk or contact us directly.

To secure your booking smoothly, we currently accept deposit payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (BNI) — our primary method for booking deposits.

  • Wise transfer — recommended for international travelers who prefer paying from overseas accounts.

  • Cash deposit (by arrangement) — available only if you’re unable to transfer for valid reasons. Please contact our team first so we can confirm the procedure.

Important: Your tour/resort reservation is only confirmed after the deposit is received and verified. To avoid schedule disruptions or availability issues (especially during peak dates), please make the deposit as early as possible.

A minimum deposit (commonly 30%) is required to secure the booking. The exact deposit amount and due dates will be stated in your confirmation.

Cancellation and reschedule outcomes depend on timing, supplier rules, and the specific package (especially resort bookings).

As a general guide:

  • Late cancellations (close to tour date) may be non-refundable.

  • Some bookings may be rescheduled depending on availability and supplier terms.

Most packages are land-based in Bintan and ferry tickets are typically booked separately. However, we can provide guidance on which ferry/terminal fits your itinerary, and in some cases assist with ferry planning.

 

It depends on your ferry operator and route. The most common terminals are:

  • BBT (Bandar Bentan Telani) — convenient for Lagoi/resort area

  • Tanjung Pinang (Sri Bintan Pura) — closer to city-side plans

We will confirm the correct meeting point and pickup instructions before your tour.

Yes. You can request:

  • Resort-focused itinerary,

  • Family-friendly pacing,

  • Photo-spot itinerary,

  • Nature activities (mangrove/snorkeling),

  • Corporate / team itinerary.

Bintan is a well-known destination with established resort and tourism areas. We prioritize safe routing and work with trusted local partners. For activities affected by weather/sea conditions, we may adjust the plan for safety.

If conditions affect safety or access (sea conditions, heavy rain, closures), we will notify you as early as possible and offer:

  • a revised itinerary,

  • reschedule (subject to availability), or

  • a refund option according to the package/policy terms.

Yes. Many guests choose a Singapore–Bintan day trip and return on the same day, as long as your itinerary is built around real ferry timing and immigration flow. When you message us, share your preferred date and (if you already have it) your ferry schedule, and we’ll recommend the most realistic day-trip package so you don’t feel rushed.

 

For most resort and Lagoi-area itineraries, BBT (Bandar Bentan Telani) is the most convenient terminal. Tanjung Pinang is better for city-side plans. If you tell us your travel style (resort-focused, photo spots, nature, family pace), we’ll guide you to the best terminal option and match your pickup accordingly.

 

Yes. Our packages are designed to be smooth on the ground, including coordinated land transfers in Bintan based on your terminal and itinerary. Pickup details (meeting point, timing, and contact person) are confirmed after your booking deposit is verified.

 

Most of our packages are land arrangements in Bintan (resort + transport + excursions as stated). Ferry tickets are typically booked separately, but we can provide clear guidance on which ferry route/terminal fits your chosen package. If you want an all-in-one planning flow, tell us early so we can advise the cleanest option.

 

Entry requirements depend on your nationality and current regulations. As a general travel practice, prepare a valid passport and ensure your travel documents meet Indonesia’s requirements. For the most accurate rules, always check official sources before departure. If you share your nationality, we can help you understand what travelers commonly prepare (without replacing official immigration info).

 

We support international travelers and communicate clearly in English, and we accommodate Korean/Chinese support when available depending on staffing schedule. If you prefer Korean or Chinese, mention it in your first message so we can assign the right support early

Most of our arrangements are planned to feel comfortable and well-managed. Many guests prefer private scheduling (especially families and groups) so timing stays smooth. For corporate or group settings, we can also coordinate group logistics. Tell us your group size and travel goal, and we’ll recommend the best format.

 

“Included” depends on the package tier, but our all-inclusive style planning typically covers the core essentials such as resort stay coordination and on-ground transfers, plus excursions if the package states them. To avoid misunderstandings, every package page and confirmation message should clearly state what is included and excluded (for example: resort, transport, specific tickets, meals, optional activities).

 

Yes. We can tailor pacing and destination choices for families with kids, elderly travelers, or guests who prefer a relaxed resort-first schedule. When you request a custom itinerary, mention your preferred pace, any mobility considerations, and what kind of experience you want (photo spots, nature, leisure, or mixed).

 

Safety and comfort come first. If weather or sea conditions affect certain activities (especially water-related plans), we’ll inform you as early as possible and propose a revised itinerary with practical alternatives. Any refund/reschedule outcome follows the package terms and supplier conditions, which should be referenced in the Cancellation/Refund Policy.

 

Booking is simple: you choose a package (or request a custom one), share your date and group size, then we confirm itinerary and price. Your booking is considered secured after the deposit is received and verified, and we send confirmation with pickup details. For peak dates, we recommend booking early to avoid resort and transport availability issues.

 

We accept booking deposits via Bank Transfer (BNI) and Wise transfer (recommended for international travelers). We can also accept a cash deposit by arrangement if transfer is not possible for valid reasons. To keep services smooth and availability secure, please ensure the deposit is paid on time—your booking is confirmed after deposit verification.

Yes. We can support corporate groups with a schedule that is realistic and professionally coordinated, including transport flow, timing, and optional activities depending on your team preference. Share your headcount, dates, and the goal (relaxation, bonding activities, or mixed), and we’ll propose a plan that fits.
