Bintan Voyage is a local Bintan tour operator and booking service operated by PT. Bintan Voyage International, License No. 2306260219563. We arrange Bintan tour packages, private tours, private transportation, single activity packages, hotel-supported stays, ferry-related arrangements, day trips, 2D1N packages, corporate trips, and custom travel plans.

Our local team helps coordinate the confirmed services in your booking, including pickup, transportation, activity timing, hotel coordination, ferry-aware itinerary planning, and final drop-off.

All Bintan Voyage tours are private tours.

We do not combine your booking with unrelated guests. Your vehicle, pickup plan, transportation timing, and itinerary are arranged for your family, couple, friends, company, or private group.

Public places such as restaurants, ferry terminals, beaches, resorts, and activity locations may still be open to other visitors. However, Bintan Voyage will not place unrelated travelers into your private tour group.

To book, send our Sales Team the basic trip details.

Please include:

• Travel date
• Number of adults
• Number of children and their ages
• Preferred package or activities
• Whether you need ferry tickets or already have ferry tickets
• Ferry schedule, if already booked
• Hotel name or pickup point
• Final drop-off point
• Special requests, if any

Our Sales Team will check availability, confirm the itinerary, explain inclusions and exclusions, send the final price, and provide payment instructions.

Your booking is confirmed only after Bintan Voyage issues written booking confirmation through WhatsApp, email, invoice, or official booking document.

A chat inquiry, quotation, or unpaid request is not a confirmed booking.

Booking speed depends on the package type and service availability.

Simple non-hotel activity packages or local Bintan day tours can often be checked faster, especially when the guest is already in Bintan.

Hotel packages, ferry-inclusive packages, corporate events, large groups, peak-season bookings, and custom itineraries may take longer because we need to check room availability, supplier terms, ferry timing, transport, and activity capacity.

Do not transfer money based on instructions from an unknown number, unofficial email address, social media account, driver, guide, or unrelated third party.

As a standard booking rule, the minimum deposit is 30% at the time of booking.

The deposit helps secure the service, reserve the required arrangement, coordinate suppliers, prepare transport, and confirm the travel schedule.

Some bookings may require a higher deposit or full payment before arrival. This may apply to hotel-inclusive packages, ferry-inclusive packages, large groups, corporate events, custom itineraries, peak-season dates, supplier-prepaid services, or special arrangements.

The final deposit amount and payment deadline will be stated clearly in your written quotation or booking confirmation.

Pay on Arrival may be available, but it is not the default payment method.

By default, Bintan Voyage requires a minimum 30% deposit when booking.

Pay on Arrival is a special option for guests who are not yet comfortable paying upfront. It only applies to selected non-hotel packages and packages that do not include ferry tickets.

To request Pay on Arrival, you must:

• Choose an eligible non-hotel package
• Make sure the package does not include ferry tickets
• Show confirmed ferry booking
• Contact the Bintan Voyage Sales Team through WhatsApp
• Receive written WhatsApp approval from the Sales Team

Pay on Arrival is not guaranteed. It may be limited during peak season, public holidays, high-demand dates, large-group periods, or supplier-limited periods.

If Pay on Arrival is not approved in writing, the standard deposit or payment terms stated in the quotation will apply.

For Pay on Arrival requests, the ferry confirmation should clearly show:

• Passenger name
• Travel date
• Departure terminal
• Arrival terminal in Bintan
• Departure time
• Booking reference or confirmed booking status

This helps our Sales Team confirm that your trip to Bintan is already planned before we reserve the local tour arrangement.

Some packages include ferry tickets, while others do not.

Each package page or written quotation will state one of these clearly:

• Ferry tickets included
• Ferry tickets not included
• Ferry tickets available upon request

Ferry tickets are included only when they are specifically listed in the package inclusions.

If you book a package without ferry tickets, you are responsible for purchasing your own ferry tickets. You can still send us your ferry schedule so we can arrange a realistic pickup and itinerary flow in Bintan.

The best ferry terminal depends on your itinerary, hotel, and activity route.

Common options include:

• Bandar Bentan Telani, also known as BBT, which is convenient for Lagoi, resort areas, Treasure Bay, beach areas, and many resort-focused packages
• Sri Bintan Pura, Tanjung Pinang, which may be more suitable for city-side plans, selected sightseeing routes, and areas closer to Tanjung Pinang

If you are unsure, send us your package choice, hotel name, travel date, and preferred ferry timing. Our team will recommend the more practical terminal for your route.

Yes. Many guests travel from Singapore to Bintan for a same-day private tour and return to Singapore in the evening.

Cancellation and rescheduling depend on package type, timing, supplier terms, hotel policy, ferry arrangement, activity operator rules, transport commitment, and costs already paid.

General guidance:

• Early reschedule requests are easier to review
• Late cancellation may be non-refundable
• Hotel-inclusive packages may follow stricter resort or supplier terms
• Ferry-inclusive packages may follow ferry operator rules
• Peak-season bookings may have limited refund or reschedule options
• Supplier-prepaid services may be partially or fully non-refundable

Bintan Voyage supports safer travel through practical routing, clear pickup coordination, local partner coordination, and safety-aware planning.

For outdoor, sea-based, or weather-sensitive activities, the itinerary may be adjusted when conditions require it.

If the number of guests decreases, refund or price adjustment depends on the booking terms, supplier rules, and timing of the change.

Meals are included only if stated in the package description or written booking confirmation.
