This Diversity Staffing Report explains how Bintan Voyage (a travel division of PT. Baroka Tour & Travel) approaches fair hiring, respectful workplace conduct, and non-discrimination in staffing. As a service business working with international travelers, we believe trust is built through clear standards and practical accountability.

This report exists to:

To reduce bias in hiring decisions, we aim to:

Travel services may involve partners (transport, activity operators, and accommodation coordination). While partners are independent entities, we require service delivery that aligns with our standards:

If we receive credible reports of discriminatory or abusive behavior involving staff or partners, we review the case and take practical steps such as escalation, corrective guidance, or operational changes where feasible.
