This private tour is an easy way to visit two of Bintan’s most distinctive landscapes in one relaxed experience.

We will coordinate your pickup, take you to the Sand Dunes and Blue Lake, and assist you throughout the visit. You can explore the scenery, walk around the area, and take photos at your own pace without joining a shared group.

Step 1 :

Private Pickup

We will meet you at your confirmed Lagoi resort or Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and coordinate the pickup details with you before the tour.

Step 2 :

Transfer to Busung

Travel in a clean and air-conditioned private vehicle to the Blue Lake and Sand Dunes.

During the journey, we will assist with your itinerary and share useful information about the area.

Step 3 :

Sand Dunes and Blue Lake Visit

Explore the Sand Dunes, enjoy the open landscape, and continue to the Blue Lake for sightseeing and photography.

You will have approximately 1–1.5 hours at the destination, depending on your preferred pace and conditions on the day.

Step 4 :

Return Transfer

Return to your hotel, resort, or ferry terminal. Quick recap from guide: photos, tips, and optional experiences for future trips. Pay on Arrival available if not paid online. final confirmations for add-ons handled here.

Is this a private tour?

Yes. The tour is arranged only for you and your family or group. We will not combine your booking with other guests.

Where will you pick us up?

We include pickup from all Lagoi resorts and Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal.

For another location, contact us through WhatsApp. We will check the area and help arrange the most suitable transfer option.

Can we book the tour for today?

Yes. Same-day booking is available, subject to availability and confirmation at least two hours before pickup.

What is the latest pickup time?

The latest recommended pickup is 3:30 PM Bintan Time, allowing enough daylight to enjoy the scenery and take photos.

Can we choose an 8:00 AM pickup?

Yes. We recommend booking an 8:00 AM pickup at least one day in advance so we can prepare the arrangement smoothly.

How many guests are required?

A minimum of 2 paying guests applies.

This can be 2 adults, 1 adult and 1 child, or another combination of at least 2 paying guests.

Are children under 4 free?

Yes. Children under 4 join free and do not need to be selected during checkout.

Add their details in the booking notes so we can arrange suitable vehicle space.

Can a group of more than 13 guests book?

Yes. Contact us through WhatsApp and we will help arrange additional transportation or prepare a suitable Custom Tour Package.

Are Mandarin or Korean-speaking options available?

Yes. You can add Mandarin or Korean-speaking assistance through Instant Booking or request it through WhatsApp. We will confirm availability for your selected date.

What happens if it rains?

The tour can normally continue during light rain.

If heavy rain, lightning, or severe weather affects the visit, we will contact you and help adjust the pickup time or reschedule the tour.

Is the tour suitable for children and senior guests?

Yes. Many families with children and senior guests can enjoy this tour.

The destination includes sand and natural outdoor ground. Contact us if anyone in your group needs a more comfortable arrangement.

How can we book?

You can choose your date, pickup time, and number of guests through Instant Booking.

For same-day booking, pickup outside Lagoi, language assistance, or another special request, contact us through WhatsApp.

Is Pay on Arrival available?

Yes, for eligible bookings after we verify your travel details.

Guests travelling from Singapore can provide their confirmed ferry booking. Guests already staying in Bintan can provide their confirmed hotel or resort booking.

Eligible bookings can be paid using cash, Wise, or QRIS according to the confirmation we provide.

What is the cancellation policy?
