The Bintan Neemo site is located in the Teluk Bakau area. The journey from major Lagoi resorts (such as The Sanchaya, Natra, or Nirwana) takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. We provide comfortable, air-conditioned private transfers to ensure your journey is relaxing and scenic.

For the most vibrant colors and crystal-clear visibility, we recommend our morning session starting at 09:00 AM. The sunlight at this hour penetrates the water perfectly, making it the ideal time for underwater photography and spotting the Nemo colonies in their anemones.

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-standard life jackets and buoyancy aids for all ages. Our professional guides are trained in water safety and will stay close to non-swimmers at all times. For those who prefer to stay dry, our kayaking and fishing activities offer a great way to enjoy the marine environment safely.

We provide all the necessary professional gear (masks, snorkels, fins, and life jackets). You only need to bring your swimwear, a change of clothes, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), and a towel. If you have your own snorkeling mask, feel free to bring it for your personal comfort.

Our guides will capture your best moments throughout the trip. After the tour, we will transfer the high-resolution soft copies to you via a Google Drive link or WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours. There is no extra charge for this premium documentation service.

Our standard package includes mineral water and light local refreshments (fruits/snacks). While lunch is not included in the base price, we can arrange a stop at a local Kelong (overwater restaurant) where you can enjoy fresh seafood at local prices before heading back to your hotel.

Your safety is paramount. If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain (e.g., heavy rain or high swells), we offer a flexible rescheduling option or a full refund. We monitor the weather radar hourly to provide you with the best experience possible.
